Singapore

Your engineering team,
in Singapore's time zone.

Core70 is operated from Singapore for businesses here that want software built and run by named engineers who own the outcome — full-time, half-day, or on a monthly retainer. You contract with our Singapore company and invoice in SGD, you talk to the engineers directly, and 70% of the engineering fee goes to the person doing the work. Engineers work in your working hours: SGD 55 per hour from our engineering centres, or onsite in Singapore, quoted per role.

Who this is for

Software that fits your business,
at a cost that used to need a venture budget.

AI has changed what one engineer can build in a month. It has not changed who answers when the system breaks at 2am, or who remembers why a decision was made two years ago. Core70 gives Singapore businesses the first without giving up the second: a named engineer, working your hours, who stays.

SMEs replacing spreadsheets and subscriptions

Operations, quoting, inventory, customer portals — the systems you run on three SaaS tools and a lot of copy-paste. Built for how you actually work, owned by you.

Companies landing in Singapore

A regional office that needs software adapted, integrated or rebuilt for Asia, with engineers who are awake when you are and a contract under Singapore law.

Founders without a technical leader

You have the product idea and the customers. We supply the engineer who builds it and, where you want it, the team that runs it in production.

Singapore companies going into China

WeChat, Alipay, Chinese cloud, ICP — built by engineers who do it every day. Our China page covers that in detail →

Dedicated or fractional

Full-time, half-day,
or a monthly retainer.

The same engineer every time, in every option. The only question is how much of their week you need. Not every business needs a full-time developer — a fractional developer who knows your system is worth more than a full-time one who doesn't.

Full-time

Dedicated developer

SGD 55 per hour · about SGD 8,800 per month at 160 hours

One named engineer, your work only, Singapore working hours. The usual shape for a product that is being built or changed every week.

No minimum term. Thirty days' notice either way.
Half-day

Four hours a day

SGD 55 per hour · about SGD 4,400 per month

A fixed four-hour window every working day, in your hours, with the same engineer. For businesses with a steady stream of work that doesn't fill a week.

Same engineer, same window, every day.
Retainer

From 30 hours a month

Hourly, logged minimum 30 hours per month · slightly higher hourly rate

For a system already in production that needs steady care: fixes, small features, integrations. Hours are logged against your work and reported monthly.

Rate agreed up front, before the first hour.

Where you want us to run production as well — named production access, incidents handled by the engineers who wrote the code — that is a Dedicated Team, at developer rate + 10%. Prices above are for engineers at our engineering centres; onsite roles are quoted separately below.

Where the engineers are

Same time zone.
Onsite when the work needs it.

Our engineering centres run on the same clock as Singapore, so there is no overlap window to manage — the engineer is online when you are, all day. For work that has to happen at your desk, we place engineers in Singapore.

From our engineering centres

SGD 55 per hour.
Your hours, every day.

Engineers at our engineering centres in China, which share Singapore's time zone. Daily contact over Teams, WhatsApp or your own tools; your repositories, your environments. The published rate is the whole story: of every dollar, 70% goes to the engineer, 10% to the Account Owner responsible for you, 20% to the company. The full 70/10/20 breakdown →

Onsite in Singapore

From SGD 100 per hour.
Quoted per role.

An engineer employed by our Singapore company, working at your premises or alongside your team. Because we recruit to your role rather than keep a bench, allow lead time before the start date, and expect a quote that reflects the experience you need. The same 70/10/20 split applies.

  • Employed in Singapore, not a contractor passed through
  • Mixed shape works well: one onsite, the rest of the team remote
  • Onsite days inside a remote engagement can be arranged for specific milestones
Contract and data

A Singapore contract.
Your data handled under Singapore law.

You contract with the Singapore-registered company that operates Core70, under Singapore law, invoiced in SGD. Personal data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act, and our data protection terms set out where your data lives and who can reach it. How we handle your data →

Your code, your accounts

Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are registered to you from day one. If we part ways, nothing has to be handed over, because nothing was ours.

Start small

Most engagements begin with a free code health check, then a small fixed-price first project (USD 2,000–5,000, quoted in SGD) that delivers working software before anyone commits to a month.

From our work

Keeping the same team on a mission-critical system for eighteen years — and counting — is not a cost-saving strategy. It is the entire strategy.

Before you get in touch

Where this doesn't fit.

If you are buying on the lowest hourly rate, if you want to hand over an outcome without talking to the engineers who deliver it, or if you see developers as interchangeable, we are the wrong supplier — and will say so early. Everything else — contract form, hours, where your data lives — we set with you.
